Justice System Language Access Specialist Certificate Program	US$ 1,000

Written Examination	Fees: $75/$100 for out-of-state, 100+ miles
Simultaneous Interpreting Examination	Fees: $175/$250 for out-of-state, 100+ miles
Sight-Translation & Consecutive Interpreting Examination	Fees: $300/$450 for out-of-state, 100+ miles

NMCLA will accept requests for refunds, minus 15% and a $30 processing fee, up to five working days prior to the course start date. Requests must be sent in writing to Joshua Kahawai, NMCLA Program Manager at: aocjmk@nmcourts.gov

NMCLA will not process refunds after that time as the decision to run a class is based on sufficient enrollment to cover costs. There are no refunds after this class has started. If the class is cancelled by NMCLA, students will receive telephone notification and a full refund. Please allow 4-6 weeks to process refund.
